I was desperate for some pain relief. My peripheral neuropathy (feet) was so intense again, I do not know what my trigger was but it was very scary to have it happen even when my lifestyle is so clean. By some miracle, I heard Eliot Overton speak on Thiamine through a Carnivore podcast and bought the brand our town had at the store to test it. The result was crazily immediate but I knew the fillers would hit soon so came to Bulk for a cleaner product. I now dose 100 mg every day and feel no weakness or pain.

I'm very happy with this thiamine HCL, it's great. Feels nice being able to take as much as i need to, without having to think about taking more of the fillers that come in all of the brands of capsules that i've found. It's worth the effort of measuring out such tiny amounts of this powder. At the moment, i'm doing about 1/16th tsp- twice, sometimes 3 times a day, and i feel a nice improvement in my digestion, and overall wellbeing. If you're gonna get some thiamine, this is the one you wanna get, no question.
